Allied Power Group Names Aaron Frost as Technical Director
HOUSTON, TEXAS - July 28, 2009
Allied Power Group announced today that Aaron Frost has been named Technical Director.
As Allied Power Group expands its facility, the company is hiring additional sales people and engineering expertise to expand its customer base.
"We plan to accelerate the Company's already substantial repair capabilities in GE F-Class technology frames," said Keith Marler, President/CEO. "Aaron's expertise will impact our future revenue growth."
Frost has been in the industrial gas turbine industry for the last 17 years. His experience encompasses numerous aspects of both the manufacturing and repair of industrial gas turbines. He developed and implemented repair processes for GE and Westinghouse frames. He also developed welding and brazing procedures used during the original manufacture of multiple GE frames (5, 6B, FA, 7E, 7F, 9E, 9F and 9H series HPT components).
Frost has held positions at various leading power companies such as Pratt & Whitney (Technical Director, IGT Component Repair), Wood Group (Manager - Advanced Component Repair) and General Electric Power Systems (Senior Repair Development Engineer).
